Free-threaded COM object that provides easy Web/Scripting access to IMAP4 mail accounts. IMAP4 is the latest Email protocol and offers much advanced functionality over conventional POP3 protocol. This object is designed for high performance and scalability, which is critical for those high visiting volumn web sites. It checks the authentication capability of an IMAP4 server, uses Secure Password Authentication login(like NTLM, etc.) first. It can handle all IMAP4 folder operations. The advanced IMAP4 Webmail based on this object is a full featured Webmail product.
